You’ll begin by booking your first session only — future sessions can be scheduled at a rhythm that supports integration. There is no set timeline or required pacing.

It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment, and it can be complementary to other forms of professional support when appropriate.
Uncertainty, emotion, or inner resistance can sometimes arise as old patterns loosen.
That doesn’t mean anything is wrong — it often reflects your system protecting what once felt necessary.
The process is:

• safe and non-invasive
• guided by your readiness and the wisdom of your higher self
